        目前并未实现大规模工业化应用。通过水洗也可去除飞灰中部分重金属和大量氯盐,常用作飞灰的预处理,促进后续对飞灰的资源化利用。飞灰资源化利用的关键在于重金属的长期稳定性和二噁英的降解,并达到相关产品的性能要求,实现飞灰的资源化利用。飞灰高温处置技术可有效固定重金属、分解二噁英,是具前景的飞灰处置技术之一,但由于飞灰高温处置技术及运行成本高、能量消耗大,且我国高温处置技术相对落后,该技术并未实现大规模应用。水泥窑协同处置技术通过高温固化直接实现飞灰的资源化利用,并不会额外消耗更多的能量,该技术已成为我国除化学稳定化+填埋外主要的飞灰处置方式。水热法和机械化学法相对于高温处置能耗较低,具有很好的发展前。


        炭回收率为8490%,纯度为7850%,Na3AlF6回收率为8686%,李小明等进一步将浮选后的炭粉采用加NaOH焙烧活化-水洗-酸浸-水洗工艺进行提纯研究,结果表明在m(NaOH)m(炭粉)=1000℃焙烧1h后用浓度为1mol/L的在温度60℃下酸浸1h,可得到纯度为94%的炭。电解铝槽的工作温度为930~1000℃,在高温条件下使原来热力学性质处于非稳定状态下的炭质由混乱无序结构转化成石墨晶体有序结构,因此浮选后的炭石墨化程度高,是一种很好的化工原料,12酸碱法。酸碱法是指利用SPL中各组分的溶解度差异。通过碱浸和酸浸的方式将SPL中的电解质分离出来,酸碱法的过程分为3步,首先通过碱浸溶解Na3AlF6和Al2。
